Updated Survey

I've created two tabs on the blog, so you can send people to take the survey. Also the 3rd tab is for us, if we want to add more question.

I dare someone else besides me to actually look at it. :-)

    Hey, I had my brother watch and take the survey a few days ago. That's got to count for something.
